Sharing our experience with Keller Williams - Eric &
Tamra Rieper...
My wife and I had lived in our home for approximately 30 yrs
and selling our home was a very scary proposition for us. We
took a lot of time weighing our options as to which realtor
to sign with. We hashed it over and narrowed our choices to
three, two of which were close friends of the family and the
other was Keller Williams - Eric & Tamra Rieper (recommended
by our new home builder). All parties presented many
positive aspects of their services but there was one thing
that really set Eric & Tamra apart from the others... it was
their market analysis. They had our selling price right in
line with our expectations, when our friends had us selling
for $10K less. Obviously, one of our friends would have been
the easiest and most trusted choice to make but we took a
chance and signed with Eric & Tamra. We chose Eric & Tamra
due to their market analysis, client base, discounts,
appearance and "touted selling record". . I'm here to
tell you that we made the right choice! They had our
home sold within 15 days of signing and for our asking
price! They were a total pleasure to work with, gave rock
solid advice and did not force us into any decision that we
didn't feel comfortable with. If they're around when we sell
our new home (in 30 yrs) we'll use them again!
